General Information

🌼 Starting price as shown, but it can vary depending on the complexity, additions or modifications on the piece.
🌼 The stimated time that will take for each commission will be discussed with the client.
🌼 If you need the commission done in a very short time, price will increase.
🌼 If you want to commission several pieces, a price reduction can be negociated.
🌼 Modifications can be done during the sketch phase, but after that I will not do significant changes without an extra charge.
🌼 If you ask for more than 5 completely different sketches, there may be an extra charge. (Normal modifications, or small changes do not count, only sketches that are entirely different)
🌼 I can reject your commission.

Payment

🌼 Payment will be in Euros € or in other currency + exchange rate.
🌼 All payments will be made via Paypal.
🌼 Before I start the sketching phase, I need a payment signal of at least 30% of the final price.
🌼 Full price has to be paid before I color or send any final images.

Refunds & Cancellation

🌼 In case I stated I'm not able to proceed with your commission (sickness, technical problems, mental health) I will do a full refund.
🌼 You may ask for a full refund before I've started the sketch phase.
🌼 In case the sketch it's already done, you can cancel the commission, but signal WILL NOT be refunded.
🌼 I can cancel your commission anytime.
🌼 I will cancel your commission if you are innapropiate, rude or make me uncomfortable.
🌼 If I contact you and you don't reply within a week time, I can cancel your commission.

Commission Process

🌼 Please send me all the refereces you like, they are more than welcome.
🌼 I will discuss with you what you want before sketching, so I can have a better idea.
🌼 I will advise you what I think will look better/are better design choices, ultimately we will come to an agreement.
🌼 I will do 2 to 3 sketches (after recieving the signal), but if you do not like them, you have up to 5.
🌼 After the loose sketches you can make changes to the sketch and I will refine the drawing.
🌼 After the linework no major changes can be done to the illustration.
🌼 I will not do any further work until I recieve full payment.
🌼 I can send up to 3 color palette choices for you to choose or make modifications.
🌼 After deciding on color no modifications can be done.
🌼 Updates will be provided including low quality pics up to this point.

Final Artwork

🌼 Final work will be sent in a high quality JPG.
🌼 You can ask for a JPG of the linework for an aditional +3€.
🌼 I can prepare, color correct & scale a ready to print PDF file for an additional +5€.
🌼 No PSD or original file will be sent to you.

Copyright & Comercial Use

🌼 Illustration copyright is still mine.
🌼 All uses for personal use allowed (printing, profile pics, banners...).
🌼 You cannot edit, repaint, recolor my work.
🌼 You cannot claim my work as yours.
🌼 I do appreaciate if you credit me on Social Media, but it's not required :)
🌼 I can upload the final artwork to my portfolio or socials, and/or any WIPS (work in progress).
🌼 If uploading your commission makes you uncomfortable you can ask me not to do so.
🌼 For any other uses of your commission I will ask for your consent. (Prints, artbooks, stickers...)
🌼 For commercial use price will increase by +50%
🌼 If you are going to reproduce my work as merchandise and sell it, it has to be negociated with me beforehand. If it would be reproduced several times we would have to discuss royalties.
🌼 No NFTs allowed.
